Jeremy Hubert, Raincity Studios' Lead Ruby on Rails Developer and Director of Web Development, is heading to Denver, Colorado this month for RubyConf 2006. (It's not the prettiest site, alas, it does the job for providing some info!)
Jeremy attended the first official Rails Conference back in June of this year in Chicago. He is an active member of the Ruby community and co-founded the Vancouver Ruby Brigade.
