We seek an experienced project manager to add to our team. The ideal candidate must possess a keen ability to balance project specifications, client requests and production resources, and be a diplomatic - yet assertive - communicator as well as exceptionally well organized. Responsibilities

• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and within project scope
• Document, schedule and coordinate production resources assigned to the projects
• Communicate on a regular basis with clients to discuss project updates, feature implementation and manage expectations
• Work with the Sales/Scoping team to assess client requirements and recommend adaptive and effective solutions
• Report regularly on project status to the Production Director and Production Manager
• Act as company advocate and embody the open source values: community, creativity, integrity, fun and excellence

Requirements

• Significant project management experience with/related to open-source web/software development
• Excellent command of the English language (spoken, read, written) and numeracy for business correspondence and reporting
• Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving skills
• Skills and experience in mediation, negotiation, argumentation, presentation and conflict resolution
• Attention to details, ability to prioritize and possess a high degree of tenacity
• Desire to share, to learn and to do better
• Ability to work under pressure while still maintaining a sense of humour and a friendly attitude
• Ability to work with a creative and unconventional team

Good to have

• Knowledge of Drupal and opens source CMS systems.
• Familiarity with Merlin2
