The Nimble Company came to Raincity Studios with a big idea of building an integrated video recording/uploading/sharing/remixing tool for emerging hip hop artists with the goal of bringing street level hip hop culture to the web to encourage collaborative art creation. The full project development began with planning before moving on to creating a compelling design.

After significant code wrangling and a few technical advances, Raincity Studios created a high-quality, video sharing site built with efficiency and usability in mind.

Interaction is key to Rapspace.tv's success and enthusiasts can participate in ways including recording a rap video using their webcam, creating beats for other to use, posting rhymes, voting on their faves on the charts, or just hang out with in forums.
