Scales gave a great presentation at BarCamp '07 that was geared toward business people / non-techies and I appreciate there will be a track for the Drupal enthusiast who won't actually be building out Drupal at DrupalCamp too. It's great to provide this information to the consumer of CMS as well as the producers/configur-ers.
