This was an internal project in partnership with the Banff New Media Institute. We needed a site to promote the blogging conference in Banff, and allow faculty members and participants to interact online.

Unique Challenge:

The challenge with this project was creating a functional design that reflected the spirit of this unique event.

Post-Mortem:

Using the extensive stock photo library at istock photo we were able to find an image reflecting the spirit of the event. Using this image as a starting point we developed a theme inspired by the colours of winter, dog-sledding, and representing the sense of play and fun of the event.
